2. User Eligibility

To use our Website or services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
If under 18, have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

Our transportation services are intended for individuals needing non-emergency medical transportation, caregivers, and healthcare facilities.

3. Services Provided

Right Choice Transportation LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for individuals needing assistance traveling to and from:

Medical appointments
Dialysis, chemotherapy, and other treatments
Hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers
Assisted living and nursing facilities
Other healthcare-related destinations

By using our services, you agree to comply with scheduling policies, pickup instructions, and applicable service guidelines.

4. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

Booking: You may book transportation services through our website, phone, or authorized third parties.
Cancellations: To avoid fees, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or service limitations.
Changes: We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel transportation services due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. User Obligations and Restrictions

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when booking rides.
Be ready at the scheduled pickup time to prevent service delays.
Treat drivers and staff with respect and follow all safety instructions.

You may NOT use our services for:

Emergency transportation (Call 911 for medical emergencies).
Illegal or fraudulent activities.
Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
Failure to comply may result in service refusal, termination, or legal action.

6. Payment & Billing

6.1 Pricing & Payments

Transportation fees are based on distance, time, and service type.

Payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

We accept credit/debit cards, insurance reimbursements (if applicable), or cash payments.

6.2 Cancellation & No-Show Fees

Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to the full fare.

If you are unable to make your ride, please notify us immediately.

7. SMS Communication & A2P Compliance

7.1 Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages regarding:

Ride confirmations & appointment reminders
Service updates (delays, driver arrival notifications, etc.)
Promotional offers (if opted in)

7.2 Opt-Out Policy

You may opt-out of marketing texts at any time by replying "STOP".

For essential service updates (e.g., ride confirmations), opting out may impact our ability to provide timely transportation updates.

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging regulations.

8. Content Ownership

All content on our Website, including logos, text, images, and service descriptions, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without our explicit written consent.

Medical emergencies occurring during transportation (our services are not emergency medical transport).
Loss of personal belongings during transport.

Maximum liability for service-related claims shall not exceed the amount paid for transportation services.
